It all started with an old American Flyer train set that was given to me by my great uncle when I was about five. From then on, my interest in this hobby has grown by leaps and bounds. From railfanning the real railroads, to building structures, to plain old watching the train run on a layout, I always seem to be doing something relating to this great hobby.

I am currently building my own HO-scale layout in my home. I have been a member of the Nashua Valley Railroad Association since 2001, and for the past 2 years I have been Scenery Chairman. My favorite aspect of the model railroading hobby has always been scenery. To me, my most favorite part of the hobby is creating three-dimensional miniature worlds and watching the trains roll through it.
