All our clients will get a contract before work commences. We keep our contracts simple and to the point. A contract is necessary for your protection as well as ours. After acceptance of our estimate, then a contract will be drawn up detailing all facets of the project, as outlined in the estimate.

Payments

A deposit will be determined based upon the total cost of the project. We will require additional weekly or monthly payments as your project progresses. We provide you with a detailed spreadsheet as needed. Of course we can work on a custom payment schedule that is right for you.

Example $45.000 payment schedule
    Payments might be staggered as follows:
    Down payment:                                      $10,000.
    Completion of construction milestone 1         $12,500.
    Completion of construction milestone 2         $12,500
    Completion of final construction milestone     $10,000.
      (payable prior to project delivery)
